Financing your construction

We offer financing of up to 60% of your construction costs. You will be responsible for 40% of the cost. To initiate construction, a down payment of 30% of your 40% responsibility is required. The remaining balance can be paid during the construction period.

The construction process

Initial Client Consultation
  • Discuss the square meter area and positioning of your lot.
  • Determine the intended use of the property (residential or investment).
  • Specify the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, social areas, floors, and other needs (e.g., rooftop, parking).
Design Phase
  • We will present a “Distribution Plan” draft for your review and modifications. Up to two modifications are allowed.
  • Once the distribution plan is finalized, we will generate a 3D plan including the property’s facade.
  • Changes to the façade are permitted, but modifications to the distribution plan may incur additional fees.
  • Final blueprints and renders will be delivered for your approval.
Agreement
A detailed construction agreement will be provided, outlining all aspects of the project. The agreement will be signed by both parties, and the initial payment will be executed.
Construction Commencement
  • Rhino Construction will obtain the necessary permits (30-45 days).
  • Construction will commence and is expected to be completed within 6-9 months.
  • The property will be formally delivered to you.
Mortgage Agreement
A mortgage agreement will be signed once construction permits are obtained.
