- It is not necessary to be the owner of a lot since we We also have the option of finding an investment lot that suits the client's needs.
We will finance 60% of your construction. You will be responsible for 40% of the cost. To start construction, we will need a down payment of 30% of the 40% you are responsible for. The balance ca be paid during the construction period.
OUR PROCESS
- In this interview, we will introduce our company and present a series of questions that will allow us to find out the following:
- What is the square meter area of your lot.
- How is your lot positioned.
- Understand clients’ desires for the property in terms of use (To live in or use it as an investment property).
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms required.
- Social areas need.
- How many floors are needed.
- Do we need a bedroom on the first floor.
- Is a roof top desired.
- How many parking spots. Covered or not?
- Once we have a comprehensive idea of what we are building, we will present our first draft of what we call a “Distribution Plan”. We will go over it with the client, who will be able to make modifications to it.
We will, in 48 hours, come back with the changes made for client’s considerations and if no changes are made, we will move on to our final design. Up to 2 modifications are allowed. - At this stage, we will generate our 3D plan, including the facade of the property. Client will be allowed to make changes to the façade, but not to the “distribution plan”, unless client is willing to pay an additional fee.
- Final blueprints and renders will be delivered to the client.

- We will send the client our construction agreement with full details of what will be included in the construction. We will not leave anything out, everything will be fully disclosed.
- The agreement will be signed by both parties and the client’s initial payment will be executed by the client.

- Rhino Construction will start the process of procuring the necessary permits to start construction (30 -45 day).
- Construction of your dream home will start and will take between 6 -9 months to complete.
- Property will be formally delivered to the client.

The mortgage agreement will be signed by the parties once the construction permits are obtained.
